perf. of Greddy header on B18c
Haven't worked with Greddy a lot, but if you're looking at buying a header I would recommend an OE JDM ITR 4-1.... It's factory Honda, flows well, looks clean, and doesn't sit low as many other 4-1's do, how can you beat that... Here are some pics if you wanna see it... Sorry they're so big... oh well This header has worked fine on my friend's CRVTEC EK... It ran a 12.62@107 full interior with this guy.... Here's my other friend's B18C EG right after I did the swap... I love that header... hahaha Peace

Performance was there but I can't compare to others because I haven't owned anything else besides a DC before that and just went straight to turbo after the GReddy header.

I compared the tubings between the Greddy header and the 99-00 SI/r header and the Greddy's have smaller pipings so I doubt it flows more than stock. My friend says Torque increased just a little bit but It kinda feels like stock to me though. There was no noticeable power increase in the high end.
I rate it a 6 from a scale of 1-10.
Only a Dyno can really tell the difference.
