Is my ECU resetting everytime...?

Is my ECU resetting everytime...?
I pulled my system out of my car and I replaced a fuse in the fuse box under the dash.
Now everytime I start my car its 1:00.I get out and get back in you know start the car its 1:00.
Ive tried setting it and have checked the fuse.
What could it be?A short?
