Default My distributor gear cracked!!!!

I must have bumped my dizzy at some point when it was out of my 96 gsr. One of the two teeth that go into the end of the cam broke off. It can easily be replaced , but where do I find one? I checked acura and its not available, anyone know of a place to get one? Thanks.

You should be able to get one at a local tuning shop. If the tuning shop is reputable, they usually carry spares. I went down to my tuning shop after I lost a lock valve spring retainer. These are little ****ers can easily get lost if you accidentally drop one. I was swapping out my stock camshaft for an upgrade Crower Stage 2 cam and replaced the springs and retainers. It wasn't fun, but I got the job done in 1 day.

If all else fails, contact the manufacturer of the camshaft you have for a replacement or call up your Honda dealer. Usually Honda dealers never stock parts, so you always have to get it ordered in and parts from Honda dealers are expensive.
