well i tihnk it is. i have had my turbo on for bout 8k miles and it doesnt move like it did when i first had it. i am not sure what it feels like when a clutch slips, but im sure it is. i can be driving real slow, i.r. 5-10mph in first and the car will bog and then jerk as if i slammed on the throttle when i actually just tap it. anyway how much do stock clutches cost, im getting rid of the turbo anyway so i dont need to upgrade it. damm this sucks

 

I would check the adjustment on the clutch....you can tell if it is slipping if the engien is revving up but the car is moving slowly or not at all when in gear

 

Stock clutches are like 300 or so.... 97 EX, JSR.. Similar to yours.
