Default is my clutch dying?

coming home from work on the interstate, i was in 5th doing like 80, then all of a sudden it felt like i let off the gas, i could rev it in 5th but it wasnt goign anyfaster, it just revved up and down as i pushed/released gas pedal, like it was in neutral, so i got in emerygeny lane and slowed down and went to 3rd, and it was ok and i came home and went to 5th at times and it was fine rest of the way home. Is that my clutch slipping or any ideas of what this is? Thanks.

Sounds like your clutch is gone. How old is it, how many miles?

Check you cylinders (slave/master) for leaks... Get a repair manuel if you don't know where there are located. It does sound more like your clutch though.
