my check engine light is stuck on
So I bought a 99 civic with an si swap, full b16a2 with LSD. Well my check engine light was blinking, simple enough. I read the code and it was my 02 sensor. I replaced both o2 sensors and now the check engine light is stuck on, no longer blinking just solid. I have tried unhooking the battery and holding the brake and let it sit for 15 minutes. I even tried to take out the fuse under the hood that is supposed to reset it. And yes I hooked it up to an OBD2 and there are absolutely no codes, not even any solid state codes. when i turn the car on the check engine light just stays on.. If anyone could help me out with this I would appreciate it.
do you know if the correct ecu was installed with the swap?
when you first turn on the ignition (without cranking), does the cel come on for a few seconds, then blink of for an instant, then come back on? or does it just come on and stay on? (if it does not blink off for a moment, it could be a bad main relay)

OK SI I figured it out. Jumper pin was left in when I bought the car. So anyone else who has this problem if the check engine light is solid and stuck on and the there are no codes.. check the jumper plug near the ECU. I guess the prior person jumped plug to see what was wrong and just left it in.
