Default my car is running pretty bad

just got the car back last night
timing is set to full advance. if any lower it runs really bad. But right now, there is very little power and the car does not respond to throttle very well

engine just rebuilt last week with
jdm itr pistons
itr cams/springs/lmas
honda bearings
hondata s200
aem cam gears
rc 310cc
skunk2 intake manifold w/hondata gasket

i did not check before the engine went in, that the timing belt was installed correctly. once it gets light out, i am going to check it over

what is the process of going about and checking to make sure everything is 0* TDC

since I am in break in, I only have revved to 4k. accelerating is very slow. there is not much torque at all

when cruising above 3k rpm, there is a lot of slight jerking. the engine is not running smoothly at all.

here are the things I need to check tomorrow
-timing belt is on right
-cam gears are aligned correctly
-timing should be at 14*
-spark plug gap?

anyhelp would be greatly appreciated
