My b16 is dead?

My b16 is dead?
Okie today i bent a valve. Throttle body got stuck open! Dammit!
But my question is when i puLLed out all my sparkplugs one was crushed badLy. Would that damage my piston? i just hope my bLock ain't mess up What kind of signs would i have if they were blown? The motor still can crank but won't start cause of the valve. For torque specs for boLts when putting the head back on? Any good sites?

Just pull the head off and see.
Get a Helm's manual before you mess up another set of valves/pistons, etc.
For torque specs for boLts when putting the head back on? Any good sites?
