Default My 4-1 Dc header is leaking pls help..

My damn Dc 4-1 header is leaking I changed the donut gasket to that of a integra gsr and it still didn't work any suggestions?

depending on when you got the header(i.e. did you get it new) You didn't need to replace the donut. That was a fix for the older(at least 12 months ago) headers. try your old one, but clean off any carbon with some brake clean.

Did you try the gasket at the head? Or do you know for a fact that the leak is at the Donut? Contact DC and tell them they sent a bad gasket....or go to a muffler shop and get them to cut the b-pipe and replace that part then bolt back to header.

When hooking it up to you cat and tightening the bolts, try to tighten them evenly rather than one side at a time

The funny thing about it is that there is absolutely no carbon stains anywhere usually with a leak there are carbon stains... Dc did not send me any gaskets whatsoever the directions said to reuse all of your gaskets.. I reused the header gasket but i did replace the donut gasket. About the old donut gasket forget about it it was even worse when i had that gasket installed...

I think my next step is to change my exhaust manifold gasket, a couple people told me that works. Hec what do I have to lose...
