To much fuel problem B18B1 with PR3 head
Hi,
I'm looking for a little information if you could help. I have built an LS/VTEC for my Honda civic B18B1 and 2000 Civic SI head PR3 with intake mani. I used Golden Eagle Kit, ARP rod bolt and head studs GSR oil pump, GSR water pump, GSR timing belt, GSR fuel pump, STR block sleeve, and a colder intake manifold gasket. Im also running MSD igntion complete setup "coil, cap, msd 2 step, plug wires and 6AL" . I have a Zex Kit also that im running with Zex colder plugs. The ECU is a P28 with stock rev limit and Vtec control. And adjustable AEM cam gears. Well this is what is wrong and i need help on. It ran good for a little. Then i took the spark plugs out and the holes were filled with gas. Like really flooded out. This was the first time setting the valve clearances and I think i did it right. On the head i started closest cylinder to the cam gears at top dead center then went the 90 degree turns and moved to the next and so on. Im not sure why that much gas is getting in there. If you can help or anyone I would greatly appreciate the help
Thanks

The car does not run but it did run. Yes im getting good spark and And My P28 has a Skunk 2 chip in it but the resistor and jumper are not installed in it. To much gas getting in the cylinders when i pull the spark plug there is hella gas.
