Default MPFI swap

Im doing this swap on a 88 civic LX ive read all other threads but, i got a problem i need a Si ecu right? but my car is an automatic. so do i try to find a automatic Si ecu (if they even make any) or just have mine reprogrammed?

Have it reprogrammed, It will save you a lot of time and work.....given you don't mind paying for it......good luck, it sounds like a great idea, my brother in law has a crx dx 1990 and he is thinking of doing the same thing, let me know if it works out.
