ok so i converted my D15b2 to mpfi and it starts and idle's fine the issue im having is that 1 im getting a code 14 for the IACV but i changed it out and i still have the code and 2 at any speed in any gear it act's like its hitting the rev limiter but only if i try to steady the throttle, if i speed up or slow down its fine other then the miss it seems to have on acceleration but on a steady throttle it "bounces" really bad.

ive changed out the ecu, dizzy, iacv, res box, and tested the tps.... ive redone the timing and it still has a "missing sound". ive rechecked and rechecked and rechecked the wiring but that all seems perfect
