Default Motor swap question

i have a 94 civic coupe that i switched from auto to manual. When i did the conversion I swapped the motor with another D15B and i realized the tranny (passenger side) bracket was higher (originally to accodmodate the automatic tranny). Long story short i thought this would be a prblem having a slightly crooked motor, but now that I am going to finally lower it and do a b16 swap i wasnt sure if the crooked motor would cause my axles to bind up. Has anyone else had this problm?

i never had this problem, usually when i use all the manual engine and tranny mounts, its perfectly fine. ive seen someone with it like that and the axle ended up breaking
