Default Motor problem

I have a 1999 honda civic ex with a gsr b18c1 motor swap i have a gsr trans.
Recently it started to act like it had some ***** and run like its supposed to. Its like it pulls like it is supposed to. But then is goes away after a little while. Now its gone and hasn't been like it for a couple months. I have no idea what could cause this... Anyone have a clue??? Thanks

P72 I never had time or money to wait and buy a conversion harness so i spliced every wire into the ecu myself. And yeah it does feel like it. I bought a new fuel filter and it is running the same...

since your obd2..the gsr ecu should just plug right in...i dont think you need to splice anything unless your ecu is obd1..which would be pointless to run a stock obd2 motor on an obd1 ecu...

Check your air filter and fuel filter. Seems dumb, but these are two very common areas that if clogged up will cause a noticeable lack in power.
