thanks alot for the link... that will help me out alot.... question: should i get a helms manual for a integra to help me build the motor too???? also what is a good sleeve to get??

Yea, definately get a manual... It'll tell you everything you need to know... What kinda motor are you building? Most of the motors we build at the shop for customers and friend's run Golden Eagle sleeves... They'll hold up just fine (even on Duc's 712whp street EJ6 at 30lbs.) but Scott (CrazyCompression) don't particularly like them... I'd first go with AEBS then RS... I've never seen/built a Benson sleeved block but I've heard good stuff... If you click on the link in my sig for Scott's NA setup you can see how nice RS sleeving looks... It's really all in the machining, AEBS and RS just do really nice work were as sometimes GE's don't look perfect... Just my $0.02
