motor bogs when in vtec

motor bogs when in vtec

i got a jdm 96-97 spec integra type r motor running with the jdm integra type r ecu and when vtec kicks in motor bogs, what can it be? no CEL, help

can a tune up fix it? can it be fuel pump? can it be fuel filter?
