Default More power

I was wondering, on a pretty much stock 98' honda civic, what is the best things you can do to get the most horsepower gains?

Read a performance related book.. Browse through the millions of threads in the civic forum.. use the search tool.. dont act like a n00b

Heres a tip: Find out exactly what you want your civic to be used for. A Street Quality ride.. a powerhouse 1/4 mile burner.. or a road course car.. than go from there.

depends what kind of power he's looking for.. $ spent on bolt ons could be spend on a 50 shot which would be much more effective, if thats' the kind of power he's looking for... stupid n00b post anyway though, learn to be more specific.
