More Issues
Hey everyone.
Let's first off, get the basics out of the way.
Had to get the block and head resurfaced. Therefore taking the motor apart.

Okay now for the issues..
1) Just put it back together and tried to restart it. It cranks, but it doesn't turn over. Reason why, no fuel. When you turn your key to the ON position you're suppose to hear the fuel pump, run fuel through your injectors. It does not do that. Any suggestions?
2) About a month before I had to do this my ECU went kapoot. I would be driving normaly, then once I got into it, It would cut my fuel off and die. When I would get it started up, I couldn't put anymore throttle on than 5% (according to SAFC TP Reading), and more than that it would die (sounded like I was running out of fuel). It would also idle really rough. Again, any suggestions are welcome.
I know it's a lot. But you H-T guys know your stuff, so here I am! Thanks SO much in advance!

Did you reconnect the ground wire to the t-stat housing? Check fuses? When you turn the key to the run possition, does the cel come on for 2 second then turn off?
