Default More chances of detonation with head lifting up while boosting?

I was wondering if there is a greater chance of detonation if the head lifts up slightly under boost?

Default Re: More chances of detonation with head lifting up while boosting? (CRV Monster)

Detonation would be the least of your problems if the head was lifting. Boost into the water jacket comes to mind.

ARP head bolts/studs and a nice gasket, you shouldn't have to worry. But if you're running 30psi or more, then check it often.
