Missing Syncro in B16 tranny?
I pulled my tranny apart for a rebuild. I'm very neat when rebuilding and always keep parts organized how they were dissasembled. Upon reassembly of the mainshaft, I realized that I was missing the syncro on the top of the 5th gear hub. I've circled the missing syncro. Is this possible? Or did I have one too many drinks when disassembling? I'm not sure if the tranny has been touched before, but it was operating properly when taken apart.
Thanks for any help!

I realize this, thats why I was wondering if it were possible for the tranny to perform without it. I dont see why not
I obviously will be ordering the syncro from Gear Speed, it just confused me.
