Default Missing cylinder...Please help!

Lately, when it's cold outside( 40's or lower), one of the pistons doesn't fire for about 10 seconds, and then smoothes out. This is only when I first start it up. I have had code 43 (fuel supply system) for quite a while, so I am beginning to think it's a faulty injector. Also, when I'm driving, and I happen to give it a bit too much gas in 2nd or 3rd, at about 1500-1750 rpm, it bogs for a second and then a few seconds later it dies. Just trying to give as much info as possible. Thanks.
