Default Minus transmission

Gentlemen I am new to this forum so please have a little patience with me. I am in the process of doing an engine swap. The donor is an 04 Accord V6 automatic. The recipient is a soon to be built Airboat. The engine will be installed pretty much as it came out of the car less transmission. I have all of the wiring diagrams and will use original ECM. My question : is all the sensor wiring from the transmission back to the ECM necessary for proper engine operation or can it be eliminated. I can duplicate the pressure and temperature sensor signals ,but what about the mainshaft and output shaft sensors on the transmission.

You could try finding a manual ECU.

If I am not mistaken I think the manual transmission has mainshaft and output shaft sensors also

That may be true, but that's like still like 10 less things it's going to be throwing codes for.
