Icon6 Mini-Me HELP!!!

So I just bolted a z6 head up to a d15(something) obd0. I used the intake manifold that was on the original head so all of my sensors match the engine wiring harness. I made a jumper harness from the obd0 harness to the obd1 Dizzy. My problem is that the car will only fire on the first revolution when cranking. I am currently running the stock ECU (91 civic si). I do have a p28 coming in the mail and will be running it as soon as it gets here. I was uncertain of the injectors so I tried bypassing the resistor box. Same situation. I then measured the resistance of the injectors and they appear to be at about 2.3 ohms. I believe these are peak and hold or low impedance injectors. I also believe that low impedance injectors require a resistor box, which is factory in this car. Anyway, it seems that the injectors only fire for a brief second when the engine first cranks. If I spray fuel into the throttle body while cranking, the car will run. Fuel pressure is fine. The car was running fine before the swap. I have double checked grounds, dizzy wiring, ECU, main relay. I am simply stumped. My only thought is that there is a problem with the cam/crank sensors inside the dizzy. If anyone has any advice please give me a shout. Thank you for your time.

All of the wires match up from obd0 to obd1 other than the "large white" and the yellow/green wires. There are two white wires on the obd0 side and they appear to be the same size so I tried switching them and It stopped firing fuel all together. The p28 just arrived in the mail so I am going to try swapping that in. I am not very confident that this will fix it but I must try. I am however very confident that it is a dizzy problem. If anyone can back this please do. Any stories, hints, ideas, or info on this situation will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!!

Is this true? Why wouldn't the obd1 dizzy work with a oobd0 ecu?
