Default milling heads

Whats the most that can be safely milled from a b16a head or B18c head
before the head is no good or Reaches the stop?

Does every 0.010 = .3 compression ?

i belive *and correct me if I'm wrong* the max you can mill a d/b (maybe H as well) series head is .040"

Service manual says maximum surface limit .008". Thats like 3-4 times.
Looks like every .010" is .24 compression.
