Default Difference between cylinder heads

Hey Guys are there any difference between the "compression" in the b18c5 head and the b18cJdm head and the b16A Head? Sorry if the question sounds a little crazy.

It is because i have bought a Brian Crower 92mm Lw Stroker kit for my b20b3 Engien, and i said that the engien would run with a b18c head from an integra whit 190Hp. And it was a mistake from my side. Beacuse the head i will be running whit is a b16A from an normal civic whit 160hp.

And here is the problem, i said to brian crower that the compression had to be 12.5. And they said that it would not change anything if i would run a b16A head. But i would chance the compression if i would run a b18c5 head...
And that sounds a bit funny? because are b16A head and b18c5 almost the same heads?

sorry if my English is not too good.
