Default Meters

Okay Ive been trying to figure out which meters to get for my relatively stock LS motor.
Ive decided definitely an electronic oil pressure gauge. I need 52mm and the only ones Ive found are Greddy at $188 and Apex-i at like $280.
The next meter I wanted was the Air Fuel but the only one I found was Apex-i. Now I heard that EGT and A/F were similar. I've been looking all night for a something that goes into detail about these two meters.
The reason I ask is that I would rather buy the Greddy at $188 a piece instead of APEX-i at almost $300 a piece.
Any help or links would be great. Thanks.

A/F is useless unless it's a wideband with a digital readout.

If you're staying N/A just get oil pressure and possibly fuel pressure (though I doubt you'll ever have any probs with your fuel pump.

If you decide to go turbo, you'll definitely need boost (duh), EGT, and it's good to have oil pressure and fuel pressure.

Thanks for the reply...I will definitely be getting oil pressure. I need to get a second one though because the car I have has two holes in the dash for 52mm meters. My brother had an EGT and oil pressure in there with his turbo.

I thought about fuel pressure but like you say, I didnt think Id need it.

Just get a Halmeter AF30 and an SAFC or VAFC. You'll be able to tune out a lil power with that!!

Add in a voltage meter to your list... It's all about power that runs your vehicle...
I havent found any voltage meters other than Autometer...I would prefer all my gauges match...what are you using?
