Default Messed up Idle problem....No CEL

Got my b16 swap in my crx finally done and its got a weird idle. At first It threw code 14 IACV and I realized that it wasnt plugged in. I have cleaned the screen on that valve and the idle still bounces from like 1,000 to 1500 rpms'. NO codes anymore but it still does this. I have bled the coolant system several times and that did seem to bring it down a bit. What about the adjuster screws on the TB? How do you go about adjusting these? What other ideas do you guys think this might be?

i would get all the vaccum lines, then next there is a iacv on the back of the bottom left rear of the block, might have to take the throttle body off to see it, to 8mm nuts i think to take the cover off and inside there is a thumb screw thing, turn it clock wise and see if the idle gets better,,,,,but if that is what is causing it, it will only do it when its cold then settle down, if it does it all the time, either a sensor or vaccum lines, u can also do a small check to see if the idle calms down, take the intake tube off and start the car (cold) and place your finger for the idle air passage, if the idle goes down you know its that piece on the back of the block hope this helps

All the vacuum lines have been removed except for the Map sensor and the FPR.....not purge or charcoal canister vacuum lines. I have heard from a few thats its the FITV?

Mine did it all the time. It was the Fast Idle valve on the bottom of the Throttle body. I went through like $150 and finally replaced that. And it lasted like 2 weeks. All the neighbors were complaining. It sucked LOL

Ok update....the IACV has been cleaned and i took off the FITV and screwed the white plug all the way in. Also I have adjust the throttle screw all the way down and it still idles at 2300 rpms hot or cold. Although it does not fluctuate anymore. Any help on this
