I can't get my car to start. I keep blowing the (15) fuse under the hood (FI E/M) and my fuel pump won't prime. It keeps blowing so I must have a short somewhere. I have a cel but it won't allow me to check it. When I jump the service connector the cel won't blink so I don't know what the problem is. I tried a different ecu and I still have the same problem. I don't know what to do. I need help bad!

You have a short. Did you do any wiring or any modifications to the car whatsoever recently? I would look there first.

 

I have an obd2 to obd1 conversion harness, I've extended my o2 sensor, extended my injectors. What Could cause this fuse to continue to blow?

 

Most likely you wired somthing incorrectly. The secondary and primary o2 are both on that circuit I would look there first. Disconnect one sensor at a time then replace the fuse and see if the problem is gone. If they are good then do the same with injectors.
