HELP!! P0131 Primary Heated Oxygen Sensor: Circuit Low Voltage
I am trying to pass emissions for my obd2 car and I keep throwing a code.
I am throwing: P0131 Primary Heated Oxygen Sensor (Primary HO2S) (Sensor 1) Circuit Low Voltage
I have checked the connection and it is fine. I have also tried another primary o2 and it still throws a check engine. What else do I need to check for or what could it possibly be??
Please help!!

Is fuse 15 blown? If so, look into the common short circuit problem of 6th generation Civics:

If the O2 sensor and its wiring are fine, then check the corresponding terminals at the ECU. If they too are fine, then you may have an ECU problem.
