Default MAP and TPS

so what would happen if the map sensor and the tps were plugged up backwards
tps plug -- map sensor
map sensor plug -- tps??
no, the car isn't in my garage or i would check myself. would it cause a super rich idle? I am asking because the car pegs out the a/f meter at idle all the way to vtec engagement in which it runs normal a/f and car runs great. Not throwing any codes.
