Default Map sensor problem

Hey sup. I got this map sensor problem. Ecu throwing code 3, thats map sensor correct? well i replaced the map sensor with two new ones, still same code. I replaced the ecu, and still the same code. Can anyone tell me why its doing this?
93 D16Z6, I/H/E, Jg Camshaft, AEM adj. Cam gear advanced 4degrees. ive been having this problem ever since i blew the head of my engine when my car over heated.

When i start the car, the car hesitates to like start, i have to hit the gas a few times, and then the car idles fine. does anyone have a idea of whats wrong with my engine or a clue or something? Thanks. Peace.

check your ECU ground... a faulty ECU ground will set off the MAP sensor code... (at least on mine it did)... do you have a V-AFC?

make sure throttle body vaccum port is clean, vaccum line is good, harness ground located on top of coolant water neck is tight. if alls well put back to stock settings and start diagnosing with helms book!

i advanced it because when it was retarted 4 degrees the car ran so crappy, and luggish. The car runs way stronger when i advanced it. i dont know why it would throw something off though, i use to have the car advanced 9 degrees.

Where is the ECU ground at? and nope i dont have a V-AFC, im looking for one though.
