Default Manley Rod Bolts / torque

I have manley H beam rods with the arp2000 rod bolts and it really irritates me that i cant get a strait answer on whether i can use moly lube and torque them to 43lbs like the eagle rods do. Manley calls for 60-65lbs with 30 weight. I asked if its the same bolt as the eagles and they cant give a strait answer. Is there anybody on here that knows whether i can just use the moly lube and torque my arp2000 on my manley rods to 43. The damn rods are the exact same thing, design, color, shape, everything.

I know you're going to hate this question but: Why don't you use the procedure that Manley specifies? 60-65 with 30 weight oil.

i do but i hate the feeling, the bolts like squeak and chatter because 30 weight is just not a sufficient lube. When you torque with Moly, its smooth for as far as you want to go. It just doesn't feel like the best option and if its the same exact bolt i cant see any reason why i cant use the moly and torque to 43, just seeing if anyone else did it or knew. I ask because i am replacing all of the bolts because ive had them for 2-3 years making a lot of power and i want to start the new set off with the best option available.

I hear ya. You can check ARP's website/specs for torque of that bolt in a steel rod using moly lube. The fact that it's a Manley rod shouldn't matter.
