Default MAJOR ELECTRICAL PROBLEM

I was doing some work to my car today and i had the radio on and the car on option when i realized the radio would turn on and off by itself. So I played around with it then I heard a weird noside coming from my fuse box under the dash and there was a little electrical explosion coming from the 3rd bottom row. I turned the car off and checked all the fuses and every single one of them was fine. Now I thought that was weird so I put everything back together and went to crank up the car and nothing, the main relay will click but the fuel pump wont prime nor will the starter engage. When I go to turn the headlights on they are very dim then on the third click they completely die out and wont come on. Anybody have any input or am I going to have to rip out every single part?

before you get too extreme, make sure the battery cable/connections are good and not corroded and that the smaller wires going to the underhood fuse box are tightly connected.

After you do that, bust out the multimeter.
