I have a similar design on my EP, but mine has two tips instead of one. It will sound deep and mellow, but only if you have a resonator installed before it in the piping. Magnaflow Sound clips: http://www.magnaflow.com/04sound/import.htm

I have a friend with one, before he installed a resonator, it sounded like a giant hornet with rabies. After the resonator it was deep and nice.

Also take into consideration that I have 2.5 inch piping along with a 4-1 header and a gutted cat and no resonator.

without knowing the size of the pipe, number of resonator and muffler construction, you think deep..okay

what's the point of having an axle back exhaust?
do it right, get all the pipeing and a 22-18 inch resonator.

kteller8 do sell some of the best quality muffler system and part for a discounted price for honda-tech member.
