i friend was tightening my lug nuts with an impact and the studs broke, so i was wondering if anybody could give me a how to on doing this or is it reccommended to just take it to a shop?i heard you need new bearings and all kindsa fun stuff
I don't have a '91 and I don't know whether you're talking about front or back.
On my '95 GS-R the front ones don't have any clearance to push out. So you have to press the hub out of the wheel bearing. This USUALLY destroys the bearing, so you need another one.
I believe you can take the rear hub off without destroying the bearings?
Then you press the stud out & press a new one in.
