Default LSVTECH TRANS & lsd questions

Would appreciate some accurate info:
**will a JDM ITR LSD fit into a '90 - '93 LS 5 speed ?
**any reason to not use this tranny? the ratios look pretty close to me?
**is it possible to get a good ITR transmission ( LSD&4.7FD) for under $1500? if so, where?( no, i'm not smoking crack...yet .)
**what axles are needed to hook this up to a 1990 CRX-Si ?
thanks,
wildman

Brang it on, man! I'm an old fart and my skin is thick enough. All I want is some info so I can get on with my lil project. Hell, guess I'm a dinosaur, but most forums are about helping others.... We'll see....
Best to ya,
wildman

Your best bet would be to get a s1 with a lsd for around 650. Its a bolt in and the ratios are tighter than a itr. Vtec not Vtech some of these guys are harsh.

TREVER,
Your civility is appreciated! After 20 years of SCCA racing and the **** I caught for being the first fast ITA CRX on the East Coast, I can handle - though I don't necessarily appreciate - abuse.
Hmmm...let's see... VTEC: variable (valve) timing, electronically controlled...VTEC...am I close? Adding the "H" was a pun - "Honda- ,"Tech" forum, "Tech question"...get it?
Actually it was a typo. But that NEVER happens here, does it?
Seriously, thanks for the advice. Still wanna know what axles to use and apparently have to use an intermediate shaft as well? Now back to my tranny chart to see WTF model the S1 is! $650 sounds sweet..then a 4.7 final and we're cookin'.

A 4.78 final won't fit a cable trans. A stock s1 is very similar to a itr with a 4.78. You need 90-93 integra axles.
