I've seen similar topic but i has confused me a lot. So hopefully some can clear this up. I too have a itr with LSD and want to make sure its really LSD. How do I know for a fact that is an LSD tranny. I went to my father grip to piece it out. It has the LSD stamp and everything, but can you look inside where the axles go and deterimine anything? I motor is not in car.

 

Look at the axle holes and you should be able to see all the way through the differential.
