Default LSVTEC-- Which rods???
I am building an LS/VTEC. I have a block girdle and ARP rod and head bolts. Now should I upgrade on the rods or just have them shotpeened!? Thanks in advance!

crower rods are great for high boost and high rpm. if you're going to shotpeen them, your motor might not be able to handle so high of rpm or boost
