Icon2 lsvtec misfire?

i could really use some help. I have an lsvtec motor i built that ran fine until recently i had oil oil squirting out the valve cover breather hole. I checked honda tech for answers and found out that i do not have a breather box on my motor because i have the b18b block that doesnt have it and that i could be getting too much pressure in my crankcase.( my motor has a high compression ratio due to my pistons @12). So i bought a catch can put a filter on it and got nipples from z10 for the back of my block and ran them to the can and then ran my pcv valve to the can also.I also put a tube from the breather hole on the VC to my intake so i have a completely closed system. Before i drove my car i gave it an oil change and changed my spark plugs when i realized that my spark plug wells had oil in them. searched honda tech again and couldnt get an answer so i changed my plugs and cleaned out the wells and took off my Valve cover and put a sealant on the O rings seals and reassembled. I take my car for a ride, the first 3 minutes it runs fine then my car starts to bog and cut out as if it were misfiring, I had a leak in my pcv valve line. Tightened up the clamp and im good to go and my car is running better then ever. When i go home i shut it off and i wait about 5 mins and I start it again it runs like **** again, idling real low very hesitant and when i drive it the air fuel ratio is all over the place. But if i start it like 5 hours later the car runs fine again i can hit VTEC and evrything like nothing is wrong but i go into a store for 5mins or even an hour and come back out and start it it does this **** again. I am absolutely dumbfounded by this and i really would appreciate some help, what the hell is wrong with my car????? thank you in advance, Scott

If this were all readable you might get an answer. I got to the second line and felt like someone was sh*tting out of their mouth at me.

Sorry to be harsh, but sentence structure and paragraphs go a long way on forums.
