i just got done putting my lsvtec back together after taking the head to get a valve job, and i put it all back together i start it up and it runs perfect after say ten minutes or so it drops to like 400 rpms and goes to like 1200rpms three or four times until it finally dies, and it didnt do this before. i changed nothing other than the head gasket and intake gasket and i have no leaks, and not a clue why it wont idle it runs fine when im driving till i stop and then idles fine for like ten seconds or so then dies a friend of mine told me i had a bubble of air in my iacv but idk oh and one of my spark plug wires i pulled in half so i put a single cam plug wire on it the only thin g i can think to cause this would be that spark plug wire or my dizzy could be turned a lil advanced or a lil retarded but any help would be nice
