lsvtec + automatic? possible?

Default lsvtec + automatic? possible?

As the title states. i have a 95 integra automatic, and was wondering if its possible to make my ls block into a lsvtec? and run it off the auto tranny?

if i can what kind of possible bad things can happen

if i can what type of modifications need to be made?

I have no experience with such a thing, so here's just my best guesses. Not sure why you'd want to do such a build though...

There was a GSR automatic in Japan, so you'd probably need the ECU from one. Other than that, it shouldn't be much different than a normal lsvtec build. However, if the ECU tries to rev the car too much into the high end, and you don't build the bottom end to handle the increased revs, you'll have a short engine life.

or what the ecu is called for that build!?

i dont have much info on that but there is a guy at my local track that has a gsr motor with an ls auto tranny and it is sloooooow.... I would just do a 5spd swap, i just finished mine and it wasnt to much trouble, the hardest part was tracking down all the parts.
