does anyone know if the JDM gsr tranny had an LSD on it. I know the US one didn't.

 

yes it had a viscous type lsd.

not all JDM GSR's have the LSD, and it's really not a very good one. You'd be better off getting a non-LSD tranny and putting a quaife into it. It's more money, but at least you're getting a true LSD tranny.

The jdm GSRs that come with the LSD ..... do they come in 2 types ( i.e Helical and Viscous ) ?

 

i have one in mine and i like it. I try not to be very mean to it though

 

i have one in my JDM Si Integra, they were an option on the Si, theyre the viscous
type, mine works well and i've never had any problems with it, i know the helical is a better set up, but its better than having none at all!!!
