LSD into a NON LSD HELP!!!!!!!

LSD into a NON LSD HELP!!!!!!!
I have a LSD first gen b16 cable tranny. My third gear and fifth gear are screwed.
I am going to pick up a NON LSD first gen b16 cable tranny.
My question: Can i put the LSD into the NON-Lsd tranny? Is it going to be hard? Should I just take out the snycrhos out of the LSD tranny and replace it with the NON lsd tranny's?? Or should I just swap out the LSD?
I need help guys. Thanks!!

Its funny how when there's a bunch of cars are hard parking and a 'cool' *** mustang comes 'round burning out and stuff. It breaks in the parking lot and someone who owns a honda yells out, "BUILT FORD TOUGH!!!!"
