Y1 LSD with J1 gearset? help.

oem Y1 LSD with J1 gearset? help.
i have a y1 with lsd (SiR) tranny with a blown third and fourth.
i also have a j1 (JDM Integra XSi) tranny thats on my car right now and works perfect. i want lsd....
will the gearset from my j1 work in the y1 LSD casing?
or should i take the LSD out of the y1 and put it in the j1?
im asking because LSD was the best thing about a honda tranny and i want back in my car. all help appreciated.
