Default LSD and FD install, what else to replace?

Going to be putting in a new LSD and JDM FD into the GSR soon. ANyone done this before? I need to know what other parts I'm going to need. Like what gaskets/seals will I need to replace? Also, I have the sealed bearings on the LSD. SHould I switch them for the current roller type bearings that are in there now? I know there was a post on which is better but can't seem to find it. Any pros to either type?
Thanks

Keep the sealed bearings for the lsd, theyre easier to shim with. Any gridage going on? Now's the time for synchro's if you need any. Clicking noises with the clutch depressed? New mainshaft and/or countershaft bearings. Oil seal by the shift rod if its leaking. Axles seals, mainshaft seal. Pretty much precautionary things.
