lsd for b16a2
I'm looking for an lsd for my b16a2. I was wondering which lsd's are comptible for this motor. I don't have the money to buy a quaife or anything like that but a type r lsd would be fine. I know that to put an integra type r lsd I would need the final drive also. But is that also the case for civic type r lsd? I found a good deal on both and was wondering if either would work without having to buy a final drive.
A B16 is an engine
Engines don't have limited slip differentials, and last time I checked, they didn't have a tongue to put the LSD on either.
Seriously though, unless your setup is producing good power, a limited slip should be further down on your list of goals.
The ITR final in any transmission is too much for a street, the stock 4.40 is fine.
I think there is a GB on Quaife's in the FI forum.
EDIT-Quaife's are pretty reasonably priced anyways.

I didn't ask whether or not I should get one. I autocross and I have plenty of power to smoke a 235 tire around a corner. I'm asking whether or not a ctr lsd or a itr lsd would bolt on my tranny (from a 99 si) without a final drive from the ctr or itr.
