Default LSD for autox....

For FF cars, what kind of LSD will better suit for autoxing. A clutch type like Kazz, ATS or gear type like the Quaife? My car is not daily driven so I really don't mind the maintenance, or noise just the performance.

Also will Quaife out perform the stock type r LSD since they are both gear type LSD?

They're all pretty good, aftermarket LSD's that is... The main difference being that clutch type LSD's require much more maintenance. You definately need to replace oil in there often enough to make it a burden. You do get to choose 1.5 way or 2 way depending on the application you want to use it for.

I really recommend the Quaife as it will definately perform better than the stock LSD on the R. Under load, the R LSD won't hold too well and that is what a LSD is supposed to help, which is putting power to the ground under load and cornering. It's still better than no LSD, but if you have the money to spend on better parts, Quaife is the way to go, at least for me. No maintenance is required for the Quaife.
