Default lsd?

What are the pros and cons of using a LSD? Which other parts do I need to install it and use it properly (new clutch?)? How long do you need to install it? Is it worth to install it on a (engine is nearly stock) 5th gen? Do I have to adjust it somehow? Is there anything else I should know about it?
Sorry for all the questions but I´m really interested in getting one.
Thanx in advance!

What are the pros and cons of using a LSD?
PROS-MUCH INCREASED TRACTION AT CORNERING, CAR WILL BE ABLE TO PULL OUT OF A CORNER UNDER FULL THROTTLE, VERY GOOD FEELING TOO, TRUST ME
CONS-HMMM COST? OTHERWISE THERE ARE NONE.

Which other parts do I need to install it and use it properly (new clutch?)?
NEW BEARINGS, BUT SOME AFTERMARKET UNITS COME WITH THESE. YOU WILL NEED TO SHIM IT TO LOCATE IT PROPERLY IN THE TRANNY, THIS IS LIEK ADDING WASHERS TO CENTER SOMETHING. THE SHIMS CAN BE HAD FROM A DEALER. YOU DO NOT NEED A NEW CLUTCH OR ANYTHING ELSE.

How long do you need to install it?
IT TOOK ME TWO DAYS TO INSTALL AN ITR LSD IN MY GSR BY MYSELF, 8 HOURS EACH DAY, AND THAT INCLUDED A NEW CLUTCH INSTALL.

Is it worth to install it on a (engine is nearly stock) 5th gen?
OH YES INDEED, YOU HAVE A LOT OF TORQUE AND THIS WILL HELP IT GET TO THE GROUND

Do I have to adjust it somehow?
SEE ABOVE ABOUT SHIMS

Is there anything else I should know about it?
AFTERMARKET UNITS ARE SUPERIOR TO HONDA UNITS BUT ARE ALMOST TWICE AS MUCH MONEY, SO IF YOU ARE COMPETING YOU MAY WANT A NON-HONDA UNIT FOR THE MAXIMUM RESULTS. I USED AN OEM HONDA LSD AND IT WAS ONE OF THE BEST UPGRADES I MADE.

Sorry for all the questions but I´m really interested in getting one. Thanx in advance!
SORRY FOR THE CAPS, BUT I WANTED TO SEPARATE MY ANSWERS FROM YORU Q'S.

pro
YOu definitely feel the car in the turn alot better.
I just installed one in my car and I can go faster in the turns and out of it now
The traction in the ran was better than before also.
Im waiting for the snow to check it out even more.
Cons
Price
Long work hours
There is different lsd that give you different reaction to the roads so you need to find one that suits you.

Also, what type of lsd's are those that come stock with the s1 and y21? I heard they're are clutch-type lsd, open type lsd, etc.? What are the oem ones?

The only disadvantages I can see are cost (they are damn expensive) and a pain to install. Also, if you do any organized racing you may get tossed into a class where your car is not competetive.
