Default lsd?

Is anybody using a LSD (Quaife for example) on his/ her 5th gen Prelude? What are the pros and cons? Which other parts do I need to install it and use it properly (new clutch?)? How long do you need to install it? Is it worth to install it on a (engine is nearly stock) 5th gen? Do I have to adjust it somehow? Is there anything else I should know about it?
Sorry for all the questions but I´m really interested in getting one.
Thanx in advance!

THe Quaife LSD is a good LSD, it is affordable but it isn't maintence Free or you gotta oil it down every so often so it can be a pain in the butt. There is another LSD out there, i forgot the name of it but it's maintence free. But LSD on any car is bad ***
