Can anyone answer why an LS/Vtech with GSR cams is more quiet than a stock Acura LS engine?

it's not quieter than a stock LS engine.

 

IT's so true that my camed Hybrid phone sound a surprisingly fast speed, compared to my stock phone!!!,

Jus't joking,
may be there is more than just the ls/vtec, poorly tuned engine are loud and ls are tuned to factory spec, about running smooth and quiet. ls/vtec, when done, is mainly for race reason.
